What is your returns/exchanges policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you aren't happy with your order for any reason, we will gladly process a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at email@example.com. Be sure to include the contact information you used when placing the order, your email address and order ID. Also include a description of the item you want to return, the reason why you are requesting the refund/exchange and your preference of a store credit, exchange or refund.
- We will return your email with any questions or process the return/exchange.
- You will receive a prepaid shipping label by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
